Pictured at left is Dr. Cecilia Rosales, featued speaker at our Justice Ingathering at this yea'rs General Assembly. Dr. Rosales is Director or Phoenix Programs for the Univeristy of Arizona's Zuckerman College of Public Health, and her work involves vulnerable populations on the U.S.-Mexico border.
